The city of Orange is charming and quaint, measuring just 55 square miles with approximately 27 sq. m available for immediate development. Homes and tract homes in this area are moderately priced and range in size from 1,200 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Orange has just one small plaza at its center, which has long served as the city's main focal point, and services the needs of the residents. Enjoy the luxury of Orange Park Acres, an unincorporated island surrounded by the city of Orange. This gorgeous community features very large homes set on large plots of land, providing plenty of room for expansions and pools. Many of the homes on the island come standard with private stables and exercise areas. Orange Hills is an unincorporated community in Orange County located just between Anaheim Hills and Villa Park. Orange Hills is an equestrian retreat full of trails and parks in the North East part of Orange County. This small community houses 9,000 residents on 3 square miles of land, with many homes here in Orange Hills featuring modern architecture and having spectacular, unobstructed views of the entire Western Sky.

Villa Park is Orange County's smallest city with an area of 2.1 square miles and a population of more than 6,500. This friendly and welcoming community is nearly built out, making it a highly desired place to live, and making your home more precious than ever. Villa Park has only one shopping center, designed to take care of residents' essential needs. This community consists of diverse backgrounds, interests, occupations, with quiet neighbors and attractive residences and streets.
Area: Tustin Foothills
The Tustin Foothills are located just at the base of the Santa Ana Mountains and Cleveland National Forest. This area offers a rich history and tradition as some homes here date back 100 years, making the Tustin Foothills a historic city rich in culture. Hillside residences featured here in the Foothills provide breath taking, panoramic views of the valleys, equestrian trails and parks.
Tustin Foothills includes the exclusive hilltop communities of Cowan Heights and Lemon Heights.
Area: Anaheim Hills
Anaheim has long been a destination of fun for the entire family with two large theme parks, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm just minutes away form Anaheim Hills. With a population of about 36,000, Anaheim Hills is comprised of many smaller communities with homes being built in the 1970s and '80s. Deemed a "master planned community", Anaheim Hills was designed to give residents a balance of open space, retail, scenic parks, transportation options and sweeping vistas of the Orange County basin.
Area: Yorba Linda
Yorba Linda is a suburban community in the most northeast part of Orange County that features over 100 miles of equestrian trails. Still inhabited by its original owners, the Yorba family, Yorba Linda is a symbol of history and tradition dating back to the Mexican American War in 1848. This residential community features mostly single-family dwellings on large lots of land, ready for expansions. The community’s single-family homes range in price from 400,000 to 3 million dollars in the exclusive East Lake Village area. With large lots and homes, there are currently 20,700 housing units in Yorba Linda.
