How to Enter: Take a tour of the home & Fully Complete an Open House survey. *One survey per adult visitor, per visit.

Details:

• ONE (1) - First Prize winner will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card, Three (3) additional winners will each receive a $10 Starbucks Gift Card, courtesy of Michael Pacaud, a Broker Associate with Century 21 Superstars.
• Winners will be chosen in a drawing at random.
• Contest ends on March 1, 2011 at 12:00pm PST. Drawing to be held March 5, 2010.
• Winner notification will be made via both Email & phone to notify of prize winnings & obtain the mailing address to forward the prize to the winner. If no response is received from the prize winner within 48 hours, another winner will be drawn.
